In Kecskemét a new exciting neighbourhood is born: the 4th phase of Boróka Park has been launched!

An excellent example of this is Boróka Park in Kecskemét, the first phase of which won the "Residential Property Development of the Year" award in 2018. In the latest, fourth phase of the development, the apartments can already be reserved, and construction work will also begin soon.

A new, exciting urban district is being built on a 23-hectare area in the fastest developing district of Kecskemét, Homokbánya, next to the Auchan Commercial Center. The areas that are mostly empty or undergoing a change of function, the calm, green area, and at the same time the proximity of the shops and the shopping center, as well as the M5 highway and the Izsáki út leading to the city center, provide an ideal location for the creation of a modern residential area that is being implemented in several phases.

In the first two phases of Boróka Park, 122 apartments with modern, aesthetic solutions have already been completed, and most of the 63 apartments in the third phase have also been sold. In the latest, fourth phase, 72 apartments with varied floor areas are being built, where singles, young couples, and families can all find a home with the ideal size and design.

In addition, Boróka Park can also be a great choice for investors, as the apartments being built here can still be purchased at a price that is much lower than new construction properties with similar parameters in the capital. Based on the experiences so far, we believe these apartments will achieve a significant value increase, and thanks to their good characteristics, they are easy to rent out. 

In the fourth phase, which is to be handed over in the first quarter of 2025, the construction of a ground floor + 4 floor, 26 apartment building and a ground floor + 3 floor, 46 apartment building connected with elevators will begin. The smallest studio apartment - primarily aimed at singles or young couples - measures 30 m2, while the largest 1+3-room apartment of 81 m2 can comfortably accommodate a family.

It is important to point out that each apartment is livable, well-furnishable and has a comfortably sized balcony or terrace, and next to the buildings, a shared landscaped area with an automatic watering system, a children's playground and rest benches ensure the comfort of residents.
