HuGBC elected our Head of CSR as a member of the Supervisory Board
The Hungary Green Building Council (HuGBC) elected a new president and officers at its annual general meeting held on 27 April 2023 at Siemens Zrt. We are proud to announce that Dóra Szemerédi Diána, head of the CSR and internal communications team of Nhood Hungary, has become a member of the supervisory board of the organization.

Since 2009, the association has been a professional platform and community spanning all areas of the building industry, providing visionary advocacy on current and future issues aimed at achieving a sustainable built environment.
The organization, as a member of the World Green Building Council international community, also draws on international experience and brings cutting-edge strategic principles, methodologies and practices to Hungary.
Our company, Nhood Hungary, which provides full-scale real estate market services, has been a member of the prestigious association for two years. We consider our membership important, as our company has been focusing on environmental protection and sustainability since its establishment.
At the general meeting held on April 27, 2023, the association members elected Gábor Szarvas, Managing Director of Greenbors Consulting, as the new president of the association. The mandate is for 3 years. We congratulate Gábor Szarvas on his new responsibility and wish him a lot of success!
The new president replaces Zsombor Barta, who has been the head of the association since 2017, before performing his duties as vice president. The members voted Tamás Kovács, Chief Financial Officer of Wing Zrt., among the board members, while our Head of CSR and Internal Communications, Diána Dóra Szemerédi, became a member of HuGBC’s supervisory board.
Commenting on her appointment, Dóra Diána Szemerédi, Head of CSR and Internal Communications at Nhood Hungary, said: "For Nhood, and for me personally, sustainability and the development of a sustainable built environment is a priority. Therefore, I am honored and very happy that based on the votes of the general assembly, I can be a member of the supervisory board of the Hungary Green Building Council, as voted by the general assembly, and thus we can be even more closely connected to the operations of HuGBC in addition to our regular membership. I congratulate and wish Gábor Szarvas the best of luck for the presidency and Tamás Kovács for the board membership.”
