Your tasks will be:
  • Ensuring the best performance of each site in line with the site vision,  leasing strategy, revenue, CAPEX and OPEX plan
  • Active participation in the budgeting process
  • Leading negotiations with key partners, acting as key account manager for certain clients
  • Manage the half-yearly asset valuation campaign. Evaluate the value of real estate and the risks of depreciation: evolution of real estate markets, compliance with standards, anticipation of future standards
  • Support and co-create the strategy, OPEX/CAPEX and revenue plan of each asset managed by Nhood
  • Support and encourage the operations and development department on a daily basis to ensure value creation
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the leasing department in cooperation with the leasing team leader
  • Setting up the asset strategy of all portfolio managed by Nhood Hungary in cooperation with the Leasing team Leader and with the Director of Operations
  • Supporting the annual revenue plan of all portfolio managed by Nhood Hungary and supporting the leasing team in this process
  • Taking responsibility of lease validation out of the scope of the revenue plan
  • Taking leading role in creating vision for the sites we manage
  • Participating in development projects from early stage: setting up tenant mix and ERV based on relevant surveys, site vision and market experience in cooperation with the leasing team leader
  • Strong cooperation with partner departments  (Property management, leasing, CSR, support functions)
What we would like you to have:
  • 5+ years experience in real estate asset management/leasing
  • Degree in economics or related field
  • English business proficiency, additional French knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in strategical collaboration with different functions and teams
  • Strategic thinking and high level of negotation skills
  • Ability for cooperation and team work, but able to work individually and take decision when needed
