IT Manager

• IT transformation tasks: to perform local organisation and process management tasks resulting from the decentralisation of IT at group level, under the guidance of headquarters and to build a system adapted to the new way of working, taking into account business needs
• Preparation of the IT annual operating plan and budget and monitoring of it’s implementation during the financial year
• Monitoring the correct functioning of the software used by the company
• Operating the network
• Setting up and implementing the company's digitalisation strategy
• Liaising with suppliers
• Leading software development, software implementation projects (e.g. Oracle feature enhancement, hiring management system, Kyriba, etc.)
• Gathering business development needs, liaising with business areas, partner departments
• Supervise internal IT operations, ensuring the successful operation of the support function under the supervision of a support colleague
• Actively participate in the development of the internal communication of the company's IT strategy and communicate it to employees

• 5+ relevant IT leadership and/or IT project management experience
• Language skills: fluent business English
• System and process approach
