Aim of the role: Technical support of the operation of shopping centers with ensuring and coordinating the seamless store openings, refurbishments and all other technical activities . Fulfilling the role of coordinator to whom all partners co-owner representants and colleagues can turn to when technical competencies are needed.

Aim of the role: Technical support of the operation of shopping centers with ensuring and coordinating the seamless store openings, refurbishments and all other technical activities . Fulfilling the role of coordinator to whom all partners co-owner representants and colleagues can turn to when technical competencies are needed.
TASKS:
- Coordinating shop preparations (fit-out) in the shopping centers
- Coordinating shop refurbishments, reconstructions
- Managing the planning and permitting of sprinkler systems and utilization of utility connections
- Managing the technical handover of shop units
- Preparing and updating store plans in AutoCad
- Involving and managing external architects and civil engineers if necessary
- Following the and updating the layouts of the shopping centers
- Managing the technical database of our portfolio
- Participating on regular meetings with the technical team of the shopping centers co-owner
- Supporting property managers' and leasing managers' daily work
- Participating in OPEX/CAPEX planning
- Managing CAPEX projects
- Managing tenders
- Cost estimation of fit-out and CAPEX/OPEX works
- Managing and participating in refurbishment projects of the shopping centers (food court, tiling change, etc.)
PROFILE:
- Engineering degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in property/technical management
- ArchiCad and Excel knowledge
- Native Hungarian, and intermediate level of English language knowledge
- Experience in construction is an advantage
- Driving license with ability and flexibility to visit our sites on a daily bases if needed (within Hungary)
- Excellent communication skills, ability connect with different type of people
- Open minded and creative spirit who can handle everyday challenges with positivity
- Having service attitude (towards partners/tenants, colleagues etc.)
- Team player who can also work independently
