We once again surveyed employee satisfaction

The recent Peakon engagement survey among our employees brought outstanding results. At Nhood, we are well aware that our success and development is primarily due to our employees. That's why we strive every day to be a workplace where everyone feels good, while also taking concrete steps to maintain the well-being of our employees.

An important part of our employee engagement program is the Peakon engagement survey platform, launched in 2022 on the initiative of the Hungarian and Polish teams. The survey assesses staff engagement and satisfaction in every Nhood country in a complex way, in 14 different areas, rating each topic on a scale of 1-10. The survey, completed by all Nhood Hungary employees in January 2023, brought excellent results. We achieved 70 points on the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) scale of 10-100 points, which is an extremely good result even in comparison with other member countries. The eNPS is a measure that allows the HR team to get realistic feedback on what employees think about the company. Our average engagement score was 8.5, which is also considered very high, but there were several areas in the survey in which we scored over 9 out of 10.

Our company's strengths include flexibility, the ability to align our goals, a pleasant office environment, the possibility to work from home, consideration of health and well-being, acceptance of diversity and equal treatment. In addition, the significance of work also received an exceptionally high score, meaning that the majority of our employees believe that the tasks they perform at Nhood are useful and valuable.

In connection with the survey, the head of our HR department, Barbara Bozakov said the following:

"At Nhood, we consider it highly important to measure the commitment of our employees every year in order to find out where we still need to improve and where we need to make changes. We are pleased that we achieved such good results again this year. Our goal is to improve continuously, because we can only be effective on the long run if we shape our organization in such a way that employees enjoy working here, are satisfied and thereby achieve better and better performance in their work."
