Our Managing Sirector Pascal Steens is listed among the best in the hungarian real

For the sixth time, the Portfolio online economic portal has compiled its TOP 50 list of the most significant players in the Hungarian real estate market, in which, just as in previous years, the most influential company directors, owners, investors and developers are introduced. This year, Pascal Steens, Managing Director of Nhood Hungary and Ceetrus Hungary is also listed among the best.  

We are hoping that due to the high prestige professional ranking, our name will be more recognized in the sector, and a wider professional public will learn about Nhood Hungary’s scope of activities.   

In his introduction, our Managing Director, Pascal Steens states that Ceetrus Hungary, which has been operating in the market as a member of Auchan Holding for a long time, mainly owns retail parks and has a 330-hectare land portfolio for mixed-use real estate projects, while Nhood Hungary appeared on the Hungarian market this year as a company providing real estate management and development services. In addition, Portfolio mentions that Pascal Steens has a significant market experience, emphasizing that the renovation of the Gresham Palace and the construction of the Arena Plaza in Budapest can both be attributed to his name.
