“My favorite project is the mixed-use real estate development in Óbuda. Office, leisure activities, co-working office, shops, additional restaurants, student housing and similar functions appear in the project. We are installing solar panels on the building and, last but not least, creating lots of green spaces, where there is currently a parking lot. We believe that this project is an absolute ambassador of Nhood's values, as it can create a new city center function in the neighbourhood, in Óbuda.”
