Auchan Korzó Budaörs gets certified under BREEAM

In addition to the Dunakeszi and Soroksár sites, Nhood Services Hungary Kft. has now also obtained the world's most well-known international green building certification for Budaörs for its key client, Auchan Korzó, owned by Ceetrus.
At Nhood, a mixed real estate company, we believe that only by combining positive social, environmental and economic impacts can we create real value in real estate development. Therefore, we always look at our activities in the triple dimensions of People-Planet-Profit, and our projects are driven by the goal of creating a more livable future and more sustainable cities.
An excellent measure of this commitment is the BREEAM certificate, the world's most recognized voluntary assessment method, which assesses buildings for sustainability and makes them internationally comparable. The certificate allows buildings to be measured throughout their entire life cycle, with separate categories for new build, refurbished and existing buildings.
Nhood certifies all its new and existing buildings through BREEAM certification in every subsidiary for its clientele.
An important milestone in the classification process for buildings already in use is that Nhood's Hungarian team has now obtained the BREEAM In-Use certification for its key client, Auchan Korzó, owned by Ceetrus, in three locations - Dunakeszi, Soroksár and Budaörs. The BREEAM certificate has the ratings of "Pass", "Good", "Very Good", "Very Good", "Excellent" and "Outstanding", depending on the percentage of sustainability criteria listed by the British Building Research Institute (BRE) the building meets. The Auchan Korzó in Budaörs received the "Good" rating.
The company’s long-term plans include earning the BREEAM In-Use certification for every Auchan shopping center in the country.
