Tasks:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts mainly related to real estates
- Company law related document drafting
- Providing legal opinion on various business matters
- Liaising with other functions in the company – eg. property management, real estate development, finance, HR etc.
- Drafting internal policies
Requirements:
- Hungarian law degree
- Bar exam
- Experience as a lawyer in a multinational company or law firm
- Advanced English knowledge with legal terminology, native Hungarian knowledge
- The knowledge of real estate law is strongly preferable
- High attention for details, outstanding working moral
