About the role:- He/she plays key role in terms of value creation of our clients' land portfolio regarding Land sales and leasing. Inside the sales team he/she is the sales person who makes sure that the land portfolio is marketed well and all opportunities are followed up. Also trying to find new sales channels and new way of utilization of our clients' landbank with respect to our vision.
- He/she plays the role in strong and permanent cooperation with the development team.
Tasks:
- Managing the land porfolio of our Clients (database, reports)
- Managing land sales / lease projects from first inquiry until closure
- Taking proper care of incoming enquiries,
- Presenting development lands to potential clients
- Participation in partner acquisitions, cold calls
- Preparing introduction presentations and offers
- New contract (Leases and SPAs) preparation and modifications according to negotiations results in cooperation with the Legal Team
- Cooperation with Development Team in terms of feasibility studies and land preparation / land development
- Boosting the marketing activity related to our Clients' land portfolio (in cooperation with Nhood's marketing team), maintaining and updating related web sites
Profile:- University/college degree
- At least 3-4 years experience in real estate and/or land sales
- Fluent English knowledge
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Can work under pressure
- Structured in his/her daily work
