In town, in green, at home

   

The project

We are building a new residential area in Homokbánya, on the outskirts of Kecskemét. The quiet, green surroundings, but also the proximity to shops, a shopping center and a transport hub made it an ideal location for the creation of a modern residential area that meets all needs. We have developed 40 apartments in building C and 23 in building D. We plan to further develop the neighborhood and create a modern urban sub-center. Our aim is to become the largest housing developer in the city.

We wanted it to be inclusive and social, so we’ve designed apartments with a variety of floor areas for different generations, and have equipped both building blocks with elevators to ensure accessibility. We helped our clients in buying a home by giving personalized advice, with a particular focus on housing subsidy for families.


We wanted it to be modern and sustainable in the long term, so we used energy-efficient materials and environmentally friendly solutions such as renewable (solar) energy, and have fitted all apartments with balconies. To ensure adequate green space, we designed spacious green terraces for 4 apartments and a common internal garden for all residents. The apartments also have 16 storage spaces, 42 covered parking spaces and 23 outdoor parking spaces. 


We wanted it to be vibrant and lively, so we've created a landscaped community space on the property, with a children's playground and an outdoor fitness equipment to keep residents entertained. Since then, thanks to local government improvements, the neighborhood has also seen the construction of a new crèche, a family-friendly public park, a highway code park for children, an autism day care center, and a new road to the inner city.
